| There are two ways to become a user of PVIGO e-Services. 1. Invitation by the account manager of the business unit: Through the invitation of the account manager, you will receive the invitation letter for being a user. Please enter the basic data on the user after receiving the invitation letter. After the manager confirms that the login data are correct, your user identity will be approved. 2. Self-application: You can apply on the homepage of PVIGO e-Services by yourself, and then enter the basic data on the user. After the manager confirms that the login data are correct, your user identity will be approved. |
- Why cannot the website be logged into when basic personal data have been entered and the application has been sent?
| If you are a manager, and you have entered your basic personal data and mailed paper-based supporting documents to NAIP e-Services Center, after such documents are checked and confirmed by this Company to be correct, the letter with the password will be immediately sent to you by registered mail. When you receive the letter with the password, you can login to PVIGO e-Services. If you are a user, you will receive a notice of approval for being a user after you complete the input of basic personal data and the manager confirms that the login data are correct and approves your application. Please login to PVIGO e-Services according to the content of the letter of notice. |
- What should be done when the letter with the password is received but found to have been opened?

| Yes, for the sake of information security, the system will require you to change the password when you log in for the first time. Please change the password provided by the letter with the password to the password designed by yourself to prevent the leakage of confidential data caused by the loss of the letter with the password. |
