Collective mark

Certification mark

A sign serves to certify specific quality, precision, material, manufacture method, place of origin, or other characteristics of goods/services of others.

Protection term

10 years from registration date (Trademarks should be renewed every 10 years thereafter by the official deadline).

Payment of registration fee

After the expiry of the publication period for opposition, substantive examination will be conducted. Once the application is approved by the examining attorney, a notice of allowance will be issued. Registrations fees are not required.

Issuance of registration certificate

Registration certificate will be issued within 1-2 month thereafter.
