Collective mark

A sign registered in the name of union, association, or other group with legal personality indicates the goods/services provided by their members.

Certification mark

A sign serves to certify specific quality, precision, material, manufacture method, place of origin, or other characteristics of goods/services of others.

Payment of registration fee
After the expiry of the publication period for opposition, substantive examination will be conducted. If a third party files an opposition, the examining attorney would take it for reference. Once the application is approved by the examining attorney, the mark will be granted registration. Registrations fees are not required.
Issuance of registration certificate
Registration certificate will be issued within 1-2 month thereafter.
